Dr. Tim Harkins, is a graduate of the University of Georgia, with BS in biochemistry and his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He is the chair of surgery at Lincoln County Medical Center and has been active in numerous civic organizations including: the emergency teen shelter, the Red Cross and the Ruidoso Rotary Club.
Michelle Perry, holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education and a Master's Degree in Educational Management and Development from New Mexico State University. She is a teacher in the Ruidoso Municipal Schools and serves as the Reading First Project Director for the district.
Dr Lynn Willard, Chair, is a graduate of Kansas State University with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. He is the owner of the Ruidoso Animal Clinic and has been in in business in Ruidoso for more that 30 years.
James Paxton, is the Owner/Broker of Century 21 Aspen Real Estate Company. He is a long time resident of Ruidoso and has served as a member and past president of the Ruidoso Municipal School Board.
Susan Phillips, is a graduate of ENMU-Ruidoso and works for the Village of Ruidoso as a records management coordinator for the Planning and Zoning Department. |
