"Notary Public Certificate Training"

This course covers the regulations governing service as a Notary Public in New Mexico and the requirements for certification. Topics include the purpose of a Notary Public, obtaining an insurance bond, types of documents that can be notarized, range of services, and keeping a Notary log.

Instructor Clydene Baca is a licensed Notary Public and a Paralegal with the law firm of Gibson & Leonard, P.C..  She formerly served as the Trial Court Administrative Assistant to the District Judge for the 12th District Court in Carrizozo.
