Literacy Programs
The Lincoln County Literacy Council provides trained volunteer tutors who work one-on-one or with small groups to help those who want to improve their skills in reading, writing, and speaking English.
The tutors and students meet one or two times a week for 60 to 90 minutes sessions until the students reach their goals. Tutor training workshops are held throughout the year. All services and materials are free.
