Step 2: COMPLETE FERPA FORM

FERPA gives parents certain rights with respect to their children’s education records, such as the right to have access to the records, to seek to have the records amended, and to have some control over the disclosure of personally identifiable information.

This form will be forwarded to the counselor of your High School.
Be sure you know their email address before you start the form.
